        at least 50 hours PIC are in an aircraft with more than 4 seats and retractable gear, and
        at least 25 hours PIC are in a BE-35 or BE-36
        OR
        10 hours of dual flight instruction in a BE-36 while accompanied by an appropriately certificated flight instructor.
